Lilo Cordaro

Lieselotte Tobar (later Lilo Cordaro), the daughter of Carnival performer Hans David Tobar, was born in Cologne in 1926. From the first grade until the family fled to the USA in 1939, she attended the Israelite elementary school. At the time, the school was located in Lützowstraße.

During a visit to Cologne in 2010, she recalled her school days and her teachers in an interview.
